My favorite ritual every day is making morning coffee with this particular model from Bialetti. It produces 3 shots of espresso, which when combined with hot milk becomes the perfect cafe latte. I use either Medaglia d’Oro or or Lavazza espresso ground coffee. The whole process brings me peace.

It is a product for the kitchen, a category where it is difficult to find products from free countries. Finally, Bialetti is a company that seems to be experimenting with producing their products in not free countries. So while this particular product is made in Italy and they also have production in free Romania, quite a few of their products are made in the worst communist dictatorship.
